MIKE PATTON guests at The Chapel with BILL LASWELL, DAVE LOMBARDO and DORIAN CHEAH

Mike Patton made his first live performance of 2019 on Wednesday 6th at The Chapel in San Francisco.
Patton made a surprise guest appearance during the set with avant-guarde bassist Bill Laswell, Dave Lombardo and violinist Dorian Cheah aka Sypher. 

Anil Prasad wrote in Bill Laswell's facebook group, "a completely fascinating heavy art rock meets dub experience. Utterly phenomenal in every way. Lombardo's rhythmic facility was impressive. I had no idea he had the lexicon of dub so embedded into his musical psyche. Mike Patton also swung by for the coda." 

The short improvised section was caught on camera by several members of the intimate and lucky crowd.
